Tampa Bay Rays Scott Kazmir has a message for Terry Francona

If Kazmir was that worried about having to pitch, then don’t show up and ask Francona & Co. to find a replacement for you on the roster. These guys should be ready to play if they are going to stay on the roster. I’m not hating on Kazmir by any stretch, but if anyone associated with the Rays is mad about Kaz pitching, they’re foolish.
